How to request deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Enter your ROTA account email address.
- Confirm the request and submit the form.
- We may verify account ownership for security.
Data deleted
Account and profile information, settings, device associations, IPTV source settings, favorites, viewing history and linked preferences.
Deletion is normally completed within 30 days after verification.
Data that may be retained
Security and abuse records may be retained for up to 90 days. Payment and accounting records may be kept for up to 10 years where legally required.
Submit a deletion request
Deleting your account may not cancel subscriptions in app stores. Cancel any active subscription separately in the store.
